Role Overview :

The Cisco IVR Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications using Cisco technologies. This position demands expertise in Cisco Voice Portal (CVP), Java programming, and general IVR system management within complex enterprise contact center environments.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy IVR solutions using Cisco CVP and related technologies.
• Build and optimize call flows, scripts, and self-service applications for high-volume contact centers.
• Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, web services, and third-party platforms as required.
• Develop custom Java modules for Cisco CVP Call Studio applications.
• Ensure consistency across solution components and interfaces with various Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE platforms.
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing IVR solutions for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Document development processes, call flows, and configuration steps.
