We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to handle the end-to-end hiring process for our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local talent market, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, local networks, and consultants.
- Screen profiles, conduct telephonic / video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.Keep candidates engaged with regular updates and feedback.Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.Offer & Onboarding Support
Assist in salary discussions and issue offer letters.Support pre-joining documentation and smooth onboarding.Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
Work with local recruitment agencies in Jaipur and nearby areas.Understand manpower requirements directly from hiring managers.Recruitment Reporting & Compliance
Track time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other recruitment KPIs.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.Excellent communication in Hindi & English.Familiarity with ATS / HR software.Knowledge of Jaipur & Rajasthan talent markets is a plus.Ability to handle multiple positions under strict timelines.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of recruitment experience; preference for Kaolin, manufacturing, marble, construction, or Ceramic industries.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
