Location : Mumbai

Department : Projects

Reporting To : Safety Head

Experience : 6–8 years

Education :

Graduate + Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / OHS / M.Tech in Safety

Key Responsibilities :

Identify high-risk activities and implement EHSM systems across sites

Conduct safety training, toolbox talks (TBT), and regular safety reviews

Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and health department rules

Maintain first-aid facilities and oversee fumigation / pest control activities

Guide site teams, supervisors, and security staff on safety protocols

Ensure incident reporting and follow-up on corrective actions

Orient new hires to our safety standards

Prepare and maintain SOPs for health and safety

Manage injury and claims processes in coordination with operating units

Ensure safety signage is placed and maintained across sites

Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of safety SOPs and compliance frameworks

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with Workers Compensation laws and reporting requirements.
