Data Scientist I

Scope & Impact :

• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks to support product analytics for Uber's Customer Obsession Platform.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, operations, and various data teams to help create and execute the product roadmap.
• Scope the business problem.
• Provide a data-driven perspective to product design.
• Own the experimentation cycle to full global rollouts.
• Impact estimation and long-term monitoring.
• Proactively communicate insights and drive projects to achieve team goals.
• Ensure data quality across critical pipelines and set up processes to triage data issues.
• Build and maintain critical data pipelines, insight boards, and monitoring tools to track metrics and monitor platform health.
• Identify opportunities to build new solutions to tackle customer and business pain points.
