We’re now expanding our Jalandhar team and looking for a passionate Pilates Instructor to join our family of fitness professionals.

Role Overview : The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for conducting safe, engaging, and effective Pilates sessions for members of all levels. You’ll help clients improve posture, flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness while promoting a positive, motivating, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities : Conduct individual and group Pilates classes (Mat and / or Reformer-based)

Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure member safety during sessions

Develop personalized Pilates programs tailored to client needs and goals

Educate members on posture, breathing techniques, and body alignment

Track client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation

Maintain studio equipment and ensure hygiene standards

Collaborate with fitness and operations teams to enhance member experience

Required Qualifications & Skills : Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized training organization (e.g., STOTT Pilates, BASI, Balanced Body, or equivalent)

Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement mechanics

Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels

Experience with Mat Pilates required; Reformer Pilates experience preferred

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a professional fitness setting
