Rates -
Rs 160 per hour for voice support
Rs 140 for email support
Work Timing - 09 : 00 pm to 06 : 00 am IST
Need to have your own laptop with Windows 11 or above and a high speed internet connection
Are you a skilled communicator with BPO experience? Join us as a Voice Support Specialist & Email Support Specialist working remotely during US business hours. If you're comfortable taking live calls, solving customer issues in real time, and working night shifts, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries or concerns
- Deliver clear, helpful, and courteous communication on every call
- Follow call scripts and SOPs for consistent customer service
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or follow-up is required
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, call quality and responsiveness
- Meet daily targets for call handling time, quality and resolution rates
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and comprehension skills is a must
- Minimum 1-2 years of BPO voice support experience
- Experience with US / UK-based clients is a plus
- Clear and professional telephone etiquette
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy (for call documentation)
- Own laptop / desktop with webcam and Windows 11
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps)
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones)

- This is a contractual, remote position
- You must have your own equipment and be fully set up to work from home
