Your next role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sustainability Consultant with a specialization in Building Physics to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sustainability consulting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, and demonstrate expertise in energy modelling, computational design workflows, and low-carbon strategies.

• Provide sustainability advisory services with a focus on low-carbon design solutions and Net Zero strategies. Liaising with key client stakeholders to develop their sustainability strategies including climate action (mitigation and adaptation)
• Identifying sustainability risks and appropriate mitigation measures and highlighting any opportunities to increase the organisation's sustainability credentials
• Creating models to illustrate your plans, processes and designs
• Monitoring the design process to ensure that the scheme design objectives are being followed and the design meets the clients' requirements
• Support and organise training, internal and external, for all technical staff to ensure the office continues to learn and develop new and existing technologies to best serve our evolving product delivery
• Responsible for developing skill set for IES, Micro Climate Analysis and Day Light Study
