Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Handle and follow up on social media and online inquiries promptly.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems for accurate tracking.
Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Collect and share market feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confident with cold calling and lead engagement techniques.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry processes (preferred).
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of social media lead handling and follow-up strategy.
