Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a professional with a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Front-End Development : Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient coding practices.
• Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement and deliver features.
• Code Review and Mentorship : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Technical Design : Participate in the design and architectural discussions, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
• Optimize Applications : Ensure the applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
• Maintain Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and ensure the consistency and quality of the codebase.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
