This isn’t a role for someone who just knows how to operate tools — we’re looking for someone who gets content, loves the craft, and knows what it takes to move fast without compromising on quality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own the full visual pipeline : Ad creatives, reels, brand films, UGC videos, explainer content, pitch decks — you’ll lead all of it.
- Raise the creative bar : Every edit, every frame, every color choice — your standard will define what great looks like.
- Lead and mentor : Run a team of editors, designers, animators, and freelancers. Review their work, push their thinking, and help them grow.
- Bridge strategy and execution : Work with the client and strategy teams to turn open-ended briefs into visually compelling ideas across formats.
- Keep things fresh : Constantly stay in tune with emerging content styles, trends, and formats across platforms.
- Build for scale : Structure processes for creative reviews, versioning, file management, and faster turnaround — without turning into a soulless factory.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in video editing and design (agency experience preferred).
- A portfolio that spans performance creatives, brand campaigns, influencer content, and motion design.
- Hands-on with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (and whatever else you need to bring ideas to life).
- Past experience managing creative teams — hiring, feedback, upskilling, the works.
- Deep understanding of what works on platforms like Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, tight timelines, and still keep the quality sharp.
It’ll Be a Big Plus If You...
- Have worked on influencer-led campaigns
- Are constantly tinkering with new reel formats and storytelling styles
- Understand performance marketing metrics and how creatives influence outcomes

CTC is fixed at 9.6 LPA with a 1.4 L variable bonus
