About Us :

Trantor is seeking an experienced Lead Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team working on the Digital Concierge Project. This role will focus on leading the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security for high-traffic, AI-powered applications. As a lead, you will mentor a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions using AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS infrastructure, cloud services, and leading the deployment of scalable and secure infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Design : Lead the design, implementation, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, high availability, and security for the Digital Concierge App.
• Team Leadership : Lead a team of infrastructure engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring adherence to best practices in infrastructure management.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management : Manage services like AWS ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services to provide robust and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
• CI / CD Pipelines : Oversee the development and implementation of CI / CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, updates, and automation of infrastructure.
• System Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor system performance and availability using AWS CloudWatch, optimizing resource allocation, and minimizing downtime.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with AI / ML and DevOps teams to integrate and scale AI-driven components (e.g., AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda) and ensure infrastructure meets application demands.
• Cost and Performance Optimization : Optimize architecture for cost-efficiency, ensuring system scalability and performance during peak traffic periods (e.g., FIFA events).
• Security and Compliance : Ensure compliance with security standards, including the implementation of AWS WAF, IAM, KMS to protect user data and maintain data privacy compliance (GDPR).
• Infrastructure Automation : Drive automation initiatives using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or other IaC frameworks for consistent and efficient infrastructure management.
• Disaster Recovery and Capacity Planning : Perform regular infrastructure audits, including capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvements in infrastructure processes and systems to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Mentorship and Coaching : Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
