About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Recruitment Lead to head our internal recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing recruiters, meeting hiring targets, and driving recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Create and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and close positions efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely reporting of progress.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.Proven experience in target-based hiring and handling multiple open positions.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Familiarity with HRMS, job portals, and professional networking platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Skills Required
