We’re currently hiring for one of our enterprise clients, a leading player in digital transformation, looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Manager to drive key Salesforce initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end Salesforce solutioning — design, development, and delivery
Lead small to mid-sized teams and ensure high-quality, on-time client deliverables
Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce configuration and Lightning features
Drive client discussions, demos, and technical workshops
Identify risks, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with delivery best practices

What You Bring

6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience

Strong exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds

Proven success in 3–4 full-cycle Salesforce implementations

Experience in Lightning, Integration, and Force.com platform best practices

Excellent documentation, estimation, and client-handling skills

Knowledge of Heroku or Commerce Cloud is a plus
