Director - Data & AI Engineering

We are seeking to identify a senior technology leader to spearhead the company's Data and AI Engineering of a high-impact global team that supports critical digital and operational functions across the enterprise.

This role will be responsible for technology and team leadership to a cross-functional group of engineers and data scientists, partnering with global stakeholders across Digital Technology, Operations, Commercial, and corporate functions.

The Job :

• Provide leadership for high-impact data and machine learning engineering programs across global business functions.
• Drive development and management of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and AI / ML solutions supporting key enterprise priorities.
• Guide cross-functional teams in requirement gathering, architecture design, deployment, and change management.
• Manage a growing team of data and AI professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Represent the Data & AI Engineering team in global forums and leadership presentations.
