Job Description & Summary : PwC India is seeking talented Business Analysts and Data Analysts to join our Business Analytics team. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities :

Business Analyst Responsibilities : - Analyze solutions through the lens of client requirement metrics as well as business domain. - Engage with leadership and diversified stakeholder groups to understand their analytical needs and recommend Business Intelligence solutions. - Own the design development and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics reports analyses dashboards etc. to drive key business decisions. - Work with data engineering machine learning and software development teams to enable the appropriate capture and storage of key data points. - Conduct written and verbal presentations to share insights and recommendations to audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication. - Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. - Influence new opportunities for business based on internal and external data. - Lead requirement and functional discussions / workshops with customers. - Document requirements review QA test cases and conduct functional testing. - Review UX designs to verify conformance to requirements. - Coordinate with different teams for obtaining planning inputs in time and ensure plans are aligned / agreed with stakeholders before set timelines. - Support business decisions by formulating hypotheses structuring the problem analyzing relevant data to verify hypotheses and preparing documentation to communicate the results. - Act as a liaison between the business client and technical team by planning conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems. - Support clients organizational transformation goals by understanding the current operational state future state and business values; helping to define and drive business solutions to meet the transformation goals. - Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and determine the gaps between requirements and product functionalities defining workable solutions to bridge the gaps. - Be part of a scrum team and help the Product Owner in Sprint Prioritization. - Engage at the pre-sales stage to ensure the business drivers are understood and that the solutions proposed are targeted to help meet business value / KPIs indicated. - Drive and help execute strategy by understanding the best mix of technologies and platforms and ensuring successful solution platform adoption by working closely with enterprise customers. Data Analyst Responsibilities : - Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business initiatives. - Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to automate data processes and improve efficiency. - Document data processes methodologies and findings for future reference. - Design develop and maintain scaled automated user-friendly systems reports dashboards etc. that will support our business needs. - Dive deep to fully understand the ETL pipelines report architecture and metric definitions. - Partner with operations / business teams to consult develop and implement KPIs automated reporting / process solutions and process improvements to meet business needs.
