Role Overview :
We’re looking for a creative and trend-smart Instagram Content Executive who can turn learning into an engaging visual experience. You’ll be responsible for ideating, designing, and executing content that not only informs but also entertains - helping iQuanta stay ahead of trends and connect deeply with aspirants through meaningful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and create Instagram content (carousels, reels, stories, memes, infographics) aligned with student interests and trending topics.
- Design visually appealing graphics and carousel posts that simplify complex concepts in an engaging format.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, formats, and audio trends, and adapt them for the education space.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and academic teams to ensure creative alignment with campaigns and learning outcomes.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and engagement organically.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and aesthetic that reflects iQuanta’s learner-centric approach.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably in the edtech or digital learning domain.Strong command of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.Deep understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, engagement formats, and audience psychology.Ability to turn academic or logical content into snackable, creative visuals.Strong sense of design, copy, and storytelling.
