Deputy Manager Architecture

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare building plans of the finalized showroom premises
• Responsible for co-coordinating of the architectural / interior working drawings.
• Study the interior layouts / details and co-ordinate with the project execution team
• Co-ordinate drawings from external consultants
• Ability to study MEP drawings and check the adherence of the same with the interior layouts
• Assist in selection / presentation of materials
• Make site inspections and assisting in construction supervision as and when required
• Make complete checking and compilation of construction drawings / documents

Preferred candidate profile

B Arch with at least 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Retail / Interior fit-out
