Overview of the Role
By integrating data, technology, and strategy, create disruptive growth for clients through new solutions within the creative practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Uplift planning in creative practice by partnering with key stakeholders to land data-driven capabilities in the creative work
- Drive incremental revenue streams i.e. consulting, new scopes of work by creating right business, audience case using existing Groupe capabilities
- Be the champion for Connected Identity in the creative practice
- Work closely with the planning community to validate or build on qualitative insights with quantitative backing
- Contribute to key local and global pitches Groupe , leading audience strategy, competitive insights etc.
- Involved in senior client meetings to bring consumer and landscape thinking
- Lead thought leadership for Publicis Groupe
Competencies
Bachelor's degree preferred with 18-20 years experience in a digital media domain (expertise)Be a connector : Ability to establish relationships across complex stakeholders and influence organizational change. Connect products (analytics, tech, data) to the work we do for clients.Be a storyteller : Skilled at humanizing data to uncover compelling insights to create winning growth strategiesBe a doer : Must proactively create projects and opportunities. Ability to lead high functioning team and diverse talent across the Groupe to deliver workSkills Required
