Senior Demand Planner

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning Team Leader with TOP MNC in Pune. This role will lead a new team of planners, driving accurate demand forecasts using Kinaxis and SAP S / 4HANA , and collaborating with global commercial teams.

Key Requirements :

• Overall 10+ Years of experience in FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing Domain
• 5+ years in Demand Planning & S&OP (global exposure preferred)
• Expertise in Kinaxis / IBP & ERP (SAP ECC or S / 4HANA) Good to have
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication & analytical abilities

Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM (Hybrid)

Location : Pune
