Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Training Manager (RTM) to lead capability development initiatives for our sales teams in Mysore. This role is predominantly field-based / Market based (80% On-the-Job Training) and focuses on enhancing frontline effectiveness through structured learning, coaching, and performance support.

  • Deliver impactful On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for sales teams.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions and skill-building workshops.
  • Assess training needs through field observations and stakeholder inputs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning interventions.
  • Managing a team of Trainers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to align training with business goals.
  • Maintain high standards of training delivery and learner engagement.

Qualifications

  • Training and Development skills, including program design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Leadership and Organizational skills to manage training schedules and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills to address challenges and rapidly implement improvements
  • Industry knowledge or experience in the paints and coatings segment is a plus
  • Experience in data-driven performance evaluation and monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
