Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized professional to join our Corporate Office as an Executive Associate . The role requires strong administrative, coordination, and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across teams.
The position demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability, with a preference for candidates who understand the dynamics of the automotive or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel logistics to ensure effective coordination of meetings, reviews, and visits.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Support coordination across departments for meetings, updates, and project follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs as required.
- Track key activities, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for communication, logistics, and documentation.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and related administrative support.
- Assist in organizing business events, reviews, and other corporate engagements.
Desired Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.2–3 years of professional experience in executive coordination, office administration, or similar support roles.Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or engineering sector preferred but not mandatory,Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize effectively, and work independently.Flexibility to travel frequently and handle dynamic schedules.What We Offer
