Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions simultaneously.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong understanding of Marathi language is required.1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
