Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional Trainer to lead our employee training and assessment activities across various locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct trainings as per regional guidelines, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Deliver training and oversee its effectiveness, providing feedback and coordinating with line managers for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate reports, such as Training Logs, Assessments, Training Calendar, and Training Feedback, on a monthly basis.
• Monitor employee assessments during the probation period, identifying areas for improvement.
• Visit Stores, Market Warehouses, and Procurement Hubs to facilitate employee training and assessment activities.
