Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job descriptionServe as the custodian of HRIS, statutory records, HR policies, employee insurance, grievance handling, Own monthly payroll processing, labour compliance, and performance management cycles. Owner of Monthly Payroll, HR Labour Compliance and Employee Performance Management. Maintain and update employee records including employee master data, KRAs and work profiles. Plan and execute engaging employee events, cultural activities, and recognition programs to nurture Provide timely support during internal and external audits. Support hiring requirements as and when required. Manage HR vendor relationships, contracts, and payments while resolving operational issues to ensure Ensure the HR processes align with organizational policies and statutory requirements. Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms and proficiency in MS Office Tools. Understanding of HR policies, compliance norms, and employee documentation processes. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively with ownership mindset. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field. Hands-on experience on HRIS software, payroll and compliance processes and employee relations. Comply with security policies and processes and execute security processes within their Roles. Report security weaknesses and events or potential events or other security risks to the organization

employee lifecycle management. This role involves process execution, HR systems management,
coordination with business teams, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You will closely work
with the Recruitment Team, Finance, and Heads across the organization for all cross functional deliverables.
