Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Thoroughly examining in house compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
  • Assessing adherence to labour laws, including PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and LWF.
  • Interacting with payroll team to address compliance-related queries and providing guidance on compliance risks.
  • Staying updated on new registrations, renewals, and amendments under PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
  • Ensuring company adherence to legal standards and in-house policies.
  • Preparing and processing ESIC, PF, and PT challans & payments.
  • Assisting employees in their transfer / withdrawal claims
  • Generating PT challans across various states and processing online challan payments.
  • Providing guidance to employees regarding PF & ESIC claim settlements and related issues.
  • Following up with relevant departments to resolve notices and challan-related issues.
  • Drafting communications and responses to regulatory notices.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee rights, and workplace regulations as they pertain to company operations.
