Role Description

This is a

full-time remote role

for a

Dispatcher

at

PEARL TRANSPORT INC .

The Dispatcher will be responsible for :

Coordinating and dispatching transportation vehicles.

Finding loads for trucks and negotiating rates with brokers.

Providing daily updates to drivers and brokers.

Communicating effectively via phone, email, and messaging apps.

Managing and converting owner-operator leads

— reaching out, explaining company benefits, and

recruiting qualified Canadian owner operators

to join our fleet.

Maintaining accurate records and communication logs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience

(preferably in the Canadian market).

Proven experience working with and recruiting Canadian owner operators .

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of transportation logistics, routing, and brokerage communication.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in

English ,

Hindi , and

Punjabi

(spoken and written).

Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Dispatch Software, TMS).

Familiarity with

Xpert IT Dispatch

is required.

Experience using

DAT or other load boards

for booking loads.

Available for

flexible hours , including weekends if needed.

Equipment Required for Remote Work

Windows desktop computer.

Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.

High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).

Smartphone with WhatsApp.

Quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Notebook or whiteboard for notes.

Proper lighting and power backup.

Salary : ₹30,000 per month
