Digital Account Manager - Senior

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team!  As a Senior Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients, and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

Some of the goals include better online presence and impressions, better lead generation or more streamlined marketing and sales processes. Your role will be extremely important for customers' success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
  • Always work towards those goals
  • Optimize web content in order to improve
  • Present and train on social media strategies to clients
  • Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Prepare and present reports on their progress
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
  • Deliver and discuss reporting when part of the engagement
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics
  • Analyze marketing programs regularly and prepare finding to client contacts
  • Advise best practice online marketing strategies to drive conversion rates
  • Project manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverables
  • Communicate client requirements to analysts, strategists, copywriters, developers and designers
  • Lead client strategy review sessions, internal and external startup meetings
  • Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met
  • Oversee client billing and forecasting
  • Report and maintain P / L, client by client

Requirements :

  • More than 4 years of Work experience as a Digital Account Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience in customer service
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
