Human Resources Generalist

Achyuta Public School is a progressive institution focused on academic excellence, character building, and holistic student development. We are looking for a committed HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition needs and help build a strong faculty and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate with academic heads for further evaluation.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft job postings, circulate vacancies, and manage candidate communication professionally.
• Ensure all joining documentation, background checks, and induction processes are completed smoothly.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and recruitment partners for continuous talent pipelines.
• Should be able to do HR activities like onboarding, attendance monitoring, grievance handling, and employee engagement when required.
