Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Artificial Intelligence Auditor, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with occasional remote work flexibility. The AI Auditor will analyze and review AI algorithms to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, accuracy, and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include evaluating data models, performing machine learning audits, preparing detailed reports, and suggesting improvements. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to address potential AI biases and maintain system integrity. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and regulations will be critical.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science principles must have 15+ years of experience.
• Proficient in auditing AI systems, evaluating ethical concerns, and mitigating biases
• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithm assessment
• Skilled in preparing reports, documenting findings, and suggesting actionable improvements
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of AI industry regulations and ethical guidelines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in AI applications within a business or operational setting is a plus
