Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and a knack for building lasting client relationships.
Experience :
- 2–7 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in Engineering Services / IT industry
Key Responsibilities :
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online researchFix appointments for the sales leaders for North America marketUnderstand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutionsMaintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity trackingCoordinate and support including documentation, follow-ups, and reportingSupport marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaignsMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferredProven sales experience in B2B / engineering services environmentHand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etcStrong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.G., Salesforce, Zoho, etc)
