Forehedge Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a growing international BPO based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in lead generation and client acquisition for global financial and real estate campaigns. We’re expanding our UK process team and looking for dynamic individuals passionate about outbound calling and achieving results.

Role Description

On site job in Navi Mumbai.
Make outbound cold calls to UK customers regarding their car finance agreements (PCP / HP).
Identify and qualify potential leads who may have been mis-sold finance products.
Accurately capture customer details and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
Follow the campaign script and maintain professional tone and conversation flow.
Handle basic objections, set callbacks, and transfer hot leads to verification team.

Qualifications

SSC / HSC / Any graduated

Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads

Strong Communication and Sales skills

Research skills to identify market trends and prospective clients

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus

Salary

15k to 27k Per Month.
