What You Should Know About This Job Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead our advertising campaigns and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop compelling content strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness across multiple digital platforms while managing high-performing ad campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
  • Create detailed content calendars for social media platforms and advertising campaigns
  • Conduct audience research and persona development to inform content creation
  • Establish content pillars, themes, and messaging frameworks for consistent brand voice
  • Plan and execute content for product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns
  • Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Create platform-specific content optimized for each channel's audience and algorithm
  • Develop social media campaigns that drive engagement, followers, and lead generation
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations relevant to the software industry
  • Engage with community members, respond to comments, and build brand relationships
  • Track social media metrics and optimize content based on performance data
  • Advertising Campaign Development

  • Design and execute paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and creative briefs for various campaign objectives
  • Develop Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube advertising
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting for optimal ROI
  • A / B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Content Creation & Optimization

  • Write engaging copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Create content briefs for design team and collaborate on visual content creation
  • Develop video content concepts and scripts for social media and advertising
  • Optimize content for SEO when applicable, including blog posts and website copy
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats for maximum reach
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze content performance across all channels using analytics tools
  • Generate regular reports on social media growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics
  • Monitor advertising campaign performance and optimize for KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
  • Use insights to inform future content strategy and campaign optimizations
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance against industry standards
  • Required QualificationsExperience & Skills

  • 0-1 years of experience in content strategy, social media marketing, or digital advertising
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, advertising analytics)
  • Technical Competencies

  • Advanced understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
  • Experience with A / B testing methodologies and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
  • Understanding of funnel marketing and customer journey mapping
  • Experience with content management systems and publishing workflows
  • Creative & Communication Skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities and understanding of design principles
  • Ability to create compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and content
  • Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals
  • Understanding of brand voice development and maintenance

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or software industry marketing
