The Product Delivery & Program Manager will lead the state-wide implementation of ConveGenius programs in Andhra Pradesh, driving both program outcomes and product adoption.

This is a hybrid leadership role that combines program management, product delivery, government relations, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can navigate complex government ecosystems, manage large-scale delivery, and ensure our AI-enabled solutions create measurable learning impact in schools and serve our students meaningfully.

Key Leadership & Strategy :

• Lead end-to-end program implementation for the state of Andhra Pradesh, ensuring alignment with State education priorities, Program objectives and ConveGeniuss strategic goals.
• Develop the Annual Work Plan (AWP) with clear milestones, targets, and accountability mechanisms.
• Run implementation model pilots (cost-impact experiments) to test and refine scalable models.

Qualifications & Competencies :

Education : Masters or equivalent from a top-tier institution in Management, Education, Development Studies, or related fields.
