Experience : 3 to 6 yrs
Lead the end-to-end hardware development of power electronics systems including BMS and battery management interfaces.
Define system hardware architecture and component specifications for high-voltage (400V–800V) battery systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering to ensure seamless integration.
Guide PCB layout for high-power designs ensuring EMI / EMC compliance and thermal management.
Drive validation and testing of prototypes in lab and vehicle environments.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and functional safety.
Select and integrate components such as MCUs, ADCs, op-amps, shunt resistors, Hall-effect sensors, and isolation devices.
Develop schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCAD, and automotive standards.
