Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Wiring Technician to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels

used in industrial automation, machinery, and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience with electrical schematics, wiring standards, and component integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring of components such as relays, PLCs, VFDs, I / O modules, and

instrumentation.

  • Mount and install electrical components on back panels and enclosures.
  • Route and bundle wires neatly to meet industry wiring standards.
  • Conduct functional and safety testing of completed panels.
  • Troubleshoot wiring issues and correct component malfunctions.
  • Maintain red-line drawings to document changes during fabrication.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, team leads, and project managers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or ITI in Electrical or Electronics; technical certification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly.
  • Ability to understand and work from schematics and P&ID diagrams.
  • Familiarity with tools like multimeters, crimpers, wire strippers, and torque drivers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
