Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Hydraulic Products (Gear Motors & Etc) with strong technical expertise and proven sales experience. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of hydraulic equipment (preferably gear motors) and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell hydraulic gear motors and related products to OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver customized technical solutions .
Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in hydraulics.

Requirements

Education : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience : Minimum 3 years in sales of hydraulic products (preferably gear motors & etc) .

Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .

Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
