Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and track CEE (Customer Experience Executive) activities and performance data
- Maintain and update hourly sales reports from multiple sources
- Verify and record customer orders, delivery status, and fulfillment accuracy
- Track cash collections from last mile deliveries and ensure reconciliation with sales data
- Compile and send timely operational reports to the team and management
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve discrepancies in orders or cash collections
- Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks and data accuracy
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any disciplineStrong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracyFamiliarity with logistics / e-commerce operations is a plusBenefits
