Job Summary
This is a critical role designed to enhance capabilities of partners to grow our business. Additionally, grow business from territory customers and SI. You will grow business from Distributors, SI and customers. You will report to the Partner Strategy and Sales Leader, South Asia and will work from Mumbai / Chennai following hybrid work policy. You are open to relocate to anywhere in India.
Your Responsibilities :
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan / target assigned to allocated partners and territory
- Forecast for month, quarter and year.
- Work Cohesively in an Ecosystem consisting of teams handling focused Accounts , Department and Industry to deliver distributor growth at a rate in consideration of country growth rate.
- Create Programmes and accomplish growth Programs.
- Create and conduct Partner led marketing activities.
- Partner Performance Management and Review.
- Enhance Partner market making capabilities and effectiveness.
The Essentials - You will Have :
B. Tech / BE in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics8-18 Years experience in selling and managing partners and customers in Automation IndustryAbility to travel upto 50% of the time.The Preferred - You Might Also Have :
