ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic professional with corporate IT experience and a strong background in corporate L&D or soft skills training to lead our EDGE Employability Skills initiative – preparing students for high-impact careers in CS / IT.
IDEAL PROFILE
- Education : B.Tech in CS / IT and Master’s (or higher) in CS / IT or related fields
- Experience :
- 6+ years in CS / IT / Consulting industry
- 2–3 years in soft skills training or corporate L&D (preferred)
TRAINING, DELIVERY & ASSESSMENT
Deliver sessions on communication, professionalism, aptitude, GD & PIFacilitate resume reviews, mock interviews, and group discussionsINDIVIDUAL MENTORING
1 : 1 coaching on interview prep, personal goals, and mindset buildingMaintain individual Employability Development Plans (IEDPs)INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT
Coordinate guest lectures, industry mentorships, and mock HR panelsPromote hackathons, open-source contributions, and certification pathwaysPLACEMENT SUPPORT & BEYOND
Prepare students for recruiter-specific interviewsEngage with alumni and support early career transitions
