Role description :
Experience : 3-10 Years. Location : Mumbai
- Capital Market experience is a must.
- Responsible for managing requirements including collation of detailed business requirements and functional specifications, tracking requirements, documentation and sign offs.
- Facilitation of workshops with business stakeholders to document current business processes
- Propose and document future state business processes
- Functional design of user interfaces and reporting dashboards
- Option analysis & documentation including the identification of gaps and issues
- Determination of clear remediation requirements
- Responsible for project management and different work stream tracking at a program level (PMO)
- Partner with the business, liaise with technology, make sure that program and goals are well defined, actively managed
- Escalate where there are project issues or project inefficiencies
- Bring consistency and high utility to the program across efforts and stay interconnected with other relevant programs and deliveries
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support project work

Previous experience working within Wholesale BankingKnowledge of Global Markets and Investment Banking product setsPrevious experience leading requirements analysis and documentationPrevious experience of banking business management or change managementKeen interest in AI tools and vision to use them for instant insights, intelligent workflows and adoption to business needs keeping in mind the need for secure, governed and permission-aware AI platformsAbility to engage with stakeholders and manage cross functional projects with varying levels of experienceAbility to develop impactful written presentations and participate effectively in meetings with senior client staffAbility to work under limited supervision (‘self-starter’) in unstructured environmentsIntellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be deliveredHighly literate with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointWell versed with Project Management Tools like JIRA, Kanban boards, Confluence, Sharepoint buildFamiliarity with different project management and delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince 2)Familiarity experience articulating requirements in the form of Use Case, User Stories and using UML (or other similar structures)Desired : Previous Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and TableauDesired : Previous Experience in finance, operations or credit risk change projectsDesired : Certifications in business analysis are advantageous (e.g. ISEB Business Analysis diploma)Desired : Certifications in technical capability are advantageousDesired : Post Graduate degree required
