Role : HR Executive

Location : Churchgate, Mumbai - Work from office.

Experience : Fresher - 6 months

Responsibilities :

• Recruitment : Search and screen resumes from job portal. Scheduling appointments and interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information of candidates and new joinees.
• HR Operations : Understanding of HR operations at different stages of employee lifecycle.
• Data and Analysis : Ensuring data management and using the data for relevant purposes.
• Planning and coordination : Engaging with different teams / departments and coordinating for required activities.
• Creative Inputs : Participating and generating ideas for office activities.
• Interview Co-ordination : Connect with businesses and candidates for end to end interview co-ordination.
