Primary Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis & Design:Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to claims, Enrollment, billing, and provider dataTranslate business requirements into detailed technical designs and specifications for Facets configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Development & Customization:Develop and deliver Facets System Integration (SI) code, Custom API code, and other custom solutions using programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, SQL)Configure and customize Facets applications and modules (e.g., Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing) to meet client needsWrite and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation and system enhancementsDevelop integrations with other healthcare systems and external applications using web services, APIs (e.g., REST API, FXI), Batch interfaces and EDI transactions (e.g., , , )
• Testing & Quality Assurance:Perform thorough unit testing of developed code and configurationsSupport defect fixes and provide technical assistance during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)Ensure solutions are devoid of significant security vulnerabilities
• Maintenance & Support:Troubleshoot technical issues related to Facets applications, claims processing, member management, and other system functionalitiesProvide production support, ensuring application availability, reliability, and stability, including on-call support as neededImplement system enhancements and resolve application defects
• Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, project managers, and other IT professionalsParticipate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutionsCreate and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, test results, and support proceduresAct as a technical expert/resource, providing direction and mentoring to junior team membersContribute towards best practices and introduce automation where applicable

Required Qualifications:
