BPA Manager

Job Description

Job Purpose :

Support Country CFO by overseeing finance activities, leading planning, performance management, providing financial insights for decision making, acting as business partner to Cluster team, assist country BPAs, improve financial processes & ensure requests from Regional team are completed accurately and in time.

Jobs To Be Done

• Ensure comprehensive financial budget setting, accurate and timely performance tracking and reporting according to corporate finance standard. Lead and administer all key planning processes including Strategic Plan, Target, LF / LO.
• Actively support the formulation and implementation of key finance related strategies that will enable the delivery of the commercial and strategic objectives for the cluster / the company
• Provide high quality analysis, insights and recommendations to support financial performance management, resource allocation and strategic decision making across the cluster.
• Manage monthly closing deliverables including performance debrief, analysis, risks & opps
• Maintain effective, proactive communication with Region finance and other functions
• Facilitate preparation of the Monthly Business Discussion (MBD) with region ensuring high quality updates on financial performance, key activities across the cluster and a comprehensive assessment of risks & opportunities.
• Lead or drive above Country or Country finance project management when needed
• Pioneer new ways of work in BPA operations in collaboration with FIOH, Hyd BPA, country BPA. Collaborate with Region BPA and manage its expectation and agenda.
