1) Achieve the Business Target set for them which includes Broking Revenue , Future & Options (F&O).
2) Cross selling third party products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, LAS, IPO and also inhouse products launched by the company.
3) Servicing to existing / new acquired clients of the company.
4) To ensure highest level of service to customers in terms of advisory and also operational issues and give timely solutions for the same which will play a differentiator for this segment.
5) To achieve Revenue target through broking and cross selling products launched by the by the company from time to time.
6) Generate interest income
7) Understanding of clients profile and suggest Portfolio / Asset Allocation.
8) To improve and maintain the client activity ratio by activating clients across the segments
