Job Title : Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Consultant

Location : Remote (India)

Experience Level : 5+ years (minimum 2+ years in OIC)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM business processes and prior exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS integrations.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM, EBS HRMS, and other enterprise systems using OIC and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , SOAP / REST APIs , and ICS adapters .

Implement and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premises systems (EBS HRMS) .

Develop custom workflows, orchestration flows, and mappings within OIC.

Work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integrations.

Support migration, deployment, and post-go-live integration monitoring.

Create and maintain technical documentation and integration design specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .

Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).

Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party or legacy systems .

Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST / SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON , and FTP / SFTP protocols.

Familiarity with OIC components like Integrations, Process, and Visual Builder.

Experience in data mapping and transformation between cloud and on-prem systems.

Working knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS data model and APIs (a strong plus).

Proficiency in SQL / PLSQL , JavaScript , and Groovy scripting preferred.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have :

Experience with Oracle BIP / OTBI reports .

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) .

Understanding of Fusion Middleware or SOA Suite integrations.

Oracle certification in OIC or HCM Cloud is an advantage.
