Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute software testing programs to meet project goals and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing client expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Build and lead cross-functional testing teams ( both Functional & Automation), including Test Leads, Test Engineers, and QA Analysts.
- Monitor and assess the quality of testing processes and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, including a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role.Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Relevant certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or CSM are a plus.Skills Required
