Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Desk / Concierge Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the travel desk operations, coordinating travel arrangements, managing guest inquiries, and providing personalized assistance to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will supervise and train the travel desk team, liaise with transportation services, manage bookings, and ensure smooth communication with guests to meet their needs and preferences.
