What you’ll work on

Designing and scaling backend systems that can handle real growth

Building sector-agnostic architectures that stay flexible

Working with Python or Node.js (both are equally fine)

Optimizing databases, improving query performance, and making data flow smoothly

Reviewing system design, spotting bottlenecks, and fixing them before they become disasters

Collaborating closely with teams, communicating decisions clearly, and mentoring where needed
