US Partnership Tax Manager [17 / 10 / 2025]

Job Summary :

As a US Tax Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our tax outsourcing services, specifically targeting CPA firms across the United States. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of tax professionals who are well-versed in U.S.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Review corporate, partnership, individual tax returns

2. Preparation of 1040 form federal tax return and state tax returns

3. Thorough review of documents and application of any changes in tax rates, tax laws for US tax return preparation

4. Preparation of US (Federal / State) Corporate, Partnership tax returns (Form 1120 / 1065, etc).

Required Skills :

1. 6+ years of experience in US Individual or Federal Tax – Corporate, Partnership, Private Wealth, and Trust – Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, 1041.

2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or another business-related field.

3. Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
