Responsibilities :

• CyberArk Implementation : Design, implement, and deploy CyberArk solutions in both on-premise and SaaS environments.
• Documentation & Assessment : Possess knowledge in preparing and understanding High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). Assess and troubleshoot CyberArk and other PAM solution installations .
• Daily Operations & Support : Assist in the daily operations of CyberArk and other PAM solutions. Execute daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks as assigned or routed via the ticketing system.
• Process Implementation : Apply knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement processes or procedures, timely and professionally.
• Privileged Account Administration : Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components .
• Platform Integration : Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, and networking devices.
• Safes & Platforms Management : Create and manage Safes, Platforms, and Owners within CyberArk.
• CPM Policy Management : Manage or redistribute Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies.
• Health Check Monitoring : Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure consistent availability of the system to end-users.
• Documentation : Ability to document installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
• Digital Password Vaulting : Possess extensive proficiency with digital password vaulting solutions.
• Solution Overview : Provide an overview of CyberArk and equivalent Privileged Access Management solution capabilities.
